I wanted to take this time to thank everyone, especially you, Ted, Zach, and Ralph, for helping us get our warranty items taken care of and helping us keep the flight school open while our plane was down.  Being able to fly N572XL allowed us to keep our doors open.

If Zach is your employee, I  wanted to mention how impressed we are with Zach. I first met Zach about a year ago when he called to introduce himself and telling us all the different services Liberty in Greensboro provides and what you can offer us.

Since that time, Zach has stayed in constant contact with us, calling occasionally to update us and see if we need anything or if we’re ready to purchase another plane. He played an important role in getting our plane back and forth.. Unfortunately Del and I still have not been out to your facility. We hoped to have done that already. Not sure if we’ll get that done before he goes to Afghanistan or not. I am currently working with Zach in getting a Liberty Freedom tour set up at our place.

Again, thanks for working with us. So far, we’ve had no further problems and the plane has been flying great.
